Booth Rental:

$500.00 All booths include the following:

  • 8x10’ area with 1-6’ dressed table and 2 chairs; 8’ High back wall drapes and 3’ high side-wall drapes; Existing carpeting.
  • Exhibitor registration (does not include conference session attendance or lunch)
  • Company literature included in conference bag
  • Acknowledgement in the Conference collateral
  • Exhibitor’s Coffee Service, Networking Breaks (3), Reception

Requests for additional tables, chairs, electricity, internet, plants, freight handling, etc. shall be made with Attco, Inc. An exhibitor kit confirming your booth assignment and information on services available from Attco, Inc. will be distributed upon registration, at least 2 months prior to the show.
Security: Please protect your own merchandise and cash during exhibit hours. Security will be provided during non-exhibit hours on Wednesday evening from 7:00 pm to Thursday morning 6:00 am.
Shipping: Please refer to the Attco, Inc. Exhibitor Kit for shipping and freight information. Exhibit materials may be shipped to the hotel if you are a registered guest. They should arrive no more than a day prior to your arrival. Please address the boxes with the name of the guest and date of arrival. Special care items will be
subject to a charge by the hotel.
Self-Loading Load in/out from the 6th floor makai side of the garage (same floor as Coral Ballroom). Exhibitor loading garage discounts are not available. Or, unload using the Fire Lane, behind the Parking Lot entrance using the freight elevator (to the 7th floor). Please provide your own hand truck, carts, or dollies.
Assisted Loading: Front Services (Bellman), located at the Main Lobby. Please take care of your delivery person.
Parking: $3.50 with validation.
