The Ag 2006 Conference is its own show decorator.
Requests for additional tables, chairs, electricity, internet, plants, freight handling, etc. shall be made with the exhibit coordinator. |

| Security: |
Please protect your own merchandise and cash during exhibit hours. Security will not be provided. |
|
|
| Shipping: |
Please ship items to your attention, at the hotel you are staying at. Exhibit materials may be shipped to the hotel if you are a registered guest. They should arrive no more than a day prior to your arrival. Please address the boxes with the name of the guest and date of arrival. Special care items will be subject to a charge by the hotel.

| Self-Loading |
Load in/out from the 6th floor makai side of the garage (same floor as Coral Ballroom). Exhibitor loading garage discounts are not available. Or, unload using the Fire Lane, behind the Parking Lot entrance using the freight elevator (to the 7th floor). Please provide your own hand truck, carts, or dollies. |
