AG 2006: MAXMIZING YOUR BOTTOM LINE - Featuring a VERY special all-Hawaii products luncheon

The all-Hawaii products prepared by Executive Chef Lagarde from the Hilton Hawaiian Village is the highlight of the day for those who grow and enjoy food. And that’s who will be at this event. Our island bounty continues to surprise and delight those who seek out special dining experiences. As well, the wonderful diversity in our farming and agribusiness community is never highlighted better than when we gather for our biennial Ag Conference. And this year will be no exception. Chef Lagarde has developed the following menu:

  1. Medley of Hirabara and Nalo Greens with Hawaii Island Goat Cheese, Hamakua Tomato, and Kilauea Black Sea Salt Cracker served with Kamiya Papaya Chutney and Champagne Dressing
  2. Orange Miso Glazed Kona Kampachi, Big Island Heart of Palm and Pea Shoot Salad with Mango Vinaigrette and Taro Rolls
  3. Big Island Beef Short Ribs with Celery and Molokai Sweet Potato Puree with Hamakua Mushroom Ragout
  4. Dome of Apple Banana Carmel with Feuillantine served with Waialua Chocolate and Hawaiian Vanilla Sauce; served with Fresh Kona Coffee

Ag 2006, Maximizing Your Bottom Line. Attendees will learn to take advantage of opportunities more rapidly, get around obstacles with greater agility and take decisive action to fulfill personal and company goals. There will also be a trade show and a multi media awards presentation. The conference is Thursday October 26 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
